The peace, quiet, and cleanliness of the place

The room was secure. The shower worked well. The beds were comparable.
There is a rusty empty metal tissue box holder in the wall in the bathroom. The hand soap dispenser by the sink in the bathroom was empty.

Did not know about breakfast.
Location is a distance from the exit 22. The room was very small.
