The location was beautiful and it's access to the beach was perfect. The rooms are super comfortable and roomy. Well appointed features, and happy with the seating options-the seating for guests was plentiful. Bed was very comfortable and spacious.
Parking was tight, and somewhat difficult backing out the further in you got. Unfortunately the air conditioner was focused mainly on the living room, but a small unit in the Bedroom partition would've been very nice.

The location is good, but next to an extremely busy beach that spills into the “private” one.
The hotel could be maintained better. My son cut his foot on glass in the parking lot. The pool wasn’t very clean. It looks very outdated. They make you wear a bracelet and return it so that you have to be off the property right at 10 am. They were basically shoving us out of the parking lot.

The location was fantastic, direct access to the beach and easy to get to shopping and restaurants.
It’s in need of TLC. Carpets are old and could use replacing (seemed very dirty/dingy). Pool and hot tub had minor repairs that are needed.
