I don’t like it

Bed wasn’t comfortable There was stain on the bed,wall, everywhere

Was not hot and very stile.

Everything could be improved

the location to the event we where attending.

there was no mention of the pool being shut down which was 100% the reason we choose this location because my kids wanted to swim. the room was ok nothing special . also got charged more then room should be and they said they didn’t charge a deposit and no clue why they charged me more

Was dirty, did not have transfer to Mall like it advertised, no convenient store on property, and pool closed

Our kids got chemicals burns from. The pool and hot tub. We had to change our plans due to not being able to use the pool. We only book hotels with decent pools for the kids,that's why we take mini vacations. Due to the incompetence of staff screwing up chemical in pool it ruined our vacation. We had to completely change our itinerary and spend way more money then we planned. I want to know how you're company is going to rectify the situation. We are contacting a lawyer. Not happy at all with service from your hotel!!

It had a pool, hot tub and continental breakfast.

They gave away the room we had reserved. Terrible customer service.

Bathroom sink not usable. Desk agent was horrible. Would not get someone to fix problem, and said he did not have another room. MeAnwhile, we did not have a bathroom to use. Other problems with the room. Got a room the next day, but we were late getting to a family function. Even new room had some problems. Overall, the hotel problems ruined our weekend.

Very nice Staff , great breakfast, and the pool was a great size
