it was convenient to highway, clean, quiet. Decent breakfast.

The young lady at checkin screwed up my checkin along with all my family members. all names and credit cards got mixed up. when I caught it right away, I told her to make sure she had the correct name and cards to each room and she didn’t care to listen and said it was a quick fix. it was never fixed, it was a complete disaster. She wasn’t helpful and wasn’t very nice about it even though she had screwed up.

Location was great. Cleanliness was good to, although daily housekeeping in the room is not done. I can manage that if I know where to put dirty towels and get them replaced, but we were not made aware of that at check-in and had to inquire. Breakfast was awesome, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Megan, morning desk attendant, breakfast v good, lady overseeing/cleaning area was very nice. A male that was cleaning 3rd floor rooms assisted us with directions. He was very helpful,polite,& respectful.

Breakfast was reasonable and staff were courteous. Free transport to and from airport.

We had to wait for an extra 90 min after check in time (4pm) before we had our rooms ready. They did offer us some complimentary drinks but with a young child this was not ideal.

I had a confirmed reservation through booking.com for a wheel in shower handicap accessible room. When I checked in they put me in a hearing impaired room. Said they had no other rooms available for the duration of our stay. Then late that night miraculously they found a handicap accessible room we moved to the next day. Still not the wheel in shower room I had a confirmed reservation for.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was not what we expected. Website stated a make your own pancake bar. But one was not offered.

Breakfast was amazing, it was literally 3 minutes from where I needed to be most of my stay. The house keeper was excellent and super friendly

very rude employee checking is in saying I was a liar and they gave our room away to someone else. one employee would tell us one thing and then a different employee would tell us different.

Good breakfast. Quiet hotel. Very accommodating employees especially at the front desk.

Noisy heating. Very noisy bathroom door. Very noisy with any movement. As seniors, we require a nightlight for bathroom access. None was available except in the bathroom. Not usable.
