Location

Tv, no table/chairs, shower drain clogged, no microwave, pool not filled, ask for a lamp next to bed, no bulb in lamp, had to install clothes rack

Very clean and staff was extremely helpful! I loved the hot tub!!

I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another place when I visit Estes!

Room was clean, comfortable & easy to find. I have stayed here in the past with friends & family. The new management was great to work with being friendly, professional, and great service. They accommodated some last-minute changes I needed. They've updated to high tech locks & notifications which made it fun & helpful as well. I definitely recommend especially if you are in Estes Park to take in many of the local activities & looking for a place to sleep & shower comfortably. We were there for the Scottish Irish Highland Games & Festival so the location & room more than met our basic needs.

The greatest challenge is the entrance/exit to the parking lot & having more parking spaces. However, realistically because of the location may not allow much change though. This was the only reason for the 9 rating. This will not keep me from staying there in the future.

Whole stay, we really enjoyed the motel and plan to go back in the future.

Nithing

Location - great close to RMNP, restaurants, grocery store etc… It has a pool and hot tub- that was a nice treat. The room had coffee, and a refrigerator. Everything was clean and neat. The staff were friendly, helpful and responded to our questions. It was a good value compared to other prices I found in the area.

I would have loved to have had a light in the closest! The exterior could use a little sprucing up.

Required a two night stay minimum on the weekend. Wasn’t very happy with that at all.

Location was great, room was clean and well-stocked. Bed was comfortable. Elk hanging out around the property was an added plus. Felt this was a good option in a town where lodging can be pretty pricey.

Helpful staff. From where to park our trailer, to what to see and visit in the area... they were friendly, helpful, and kind. I felt like they were instant friends!

Close to everything. Minor details like the TV can rotate to the small eating area or your bed was a nice touch. You can also see Elk feeding off the grass in front of the property if your lucky.

For the price I paid I think I got what I was expecting but better. If your looking for a luxury place this place isnt it. You can hear cars on the road but it didnt bother me much.

Clean, comfy room outside of town and only a few minutes drive into town. Right near gas stations and some restaurants. Was a safe area. Bed and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was clean with hot showers, towels and toiletries. A little closet, desk, fridge and microwave. A big TV with cable was good. WiFi was good and parking was right in front. Ice machine down the way. We didn't get to use the pool or hot tub unfortunately but it looked nice. Staff was very friendly.
