Felt safe. Clean. Good hospitality overall.
Breakfast didn’t seem to live up to Hampton experience. Granted, there was a ballteam that came through before us one morning, but the pancake batter was very thin both days, and they ran out of the regular batter by day two, as well as the light syrup. Light coffee ran out before we got there on day two. Both days we had to wait on eggs and/or sausage because theyd ran out. Not a great breakfast either day. My bed was hard. Everything else seemed fine.

Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
The chairs in the breakfast area were worn out and torn and the tables and floor needed to be cleaned. The toilet seat in our room was loose, the ceiling above the HVAC was water stained and needed painting and the handle on the shower door needed to be fixed.

Coffee in room. Desk was appreciated. Bed was comfortable.
It was very much in need of updating. Rip at top of curtain, looking kinda shabby. Things were worn.
