Rooms are nice and pool was nice.

This hotel does NOT have mini-golf. They have a very small putting green and only one golf ball to borrow. Also, my booking.com reservation included breakfast, but they said they couldn’t see that on their end. When I showed them my email from booking stating breakfast was included, they gave me a voucher for breakfast.

The room was spacious

Do not book on Booking. The hotel couldn't find my reservation, even after booking called them. There was no manager on duty. Then, they even said they always have issues with Booking reservations. Now, I've paid double the price

The beds, the bathroom amenities, the blackout shades, available in room coffee/ fridge/microwave, free coffee in lobby was really good, very nice place& good location.

There was a horizontal handle on the vanity the tv was on. The handle came off in my hand when opened the cabinet door. The fridge was not cold enough. A metal piece fell off from the rail attachment at the top of the bathroom door when my sister slid it closed.

Clean. Convenient to the interstate. Friendly employees. Good location in relation to restaurants, groceries, gas, etc.

I can't think of anything that would keep us from returning, if the opportunity presented itself.

The location was excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Pillows on the bed were too soft for me.

When I booked it said breakfast was included, they did honor it because I showed them a screen shot of my booking.com confirmation. They said booking can’t actually get me a breakfast voucher? It was a whole annoying thing.

Repair the little things-door hinge loose-barn mount door for bathroom about to fall off the wall!

The room

Our room phone didn't work and no one came to fix it. I could hear everything going on on the floor above me kids were running through the hall until 3 in the morning. So I did not get any sleep it was not a relaxing stay and my card was charged even though I paid through another app

Breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

Front desk staff was never at front desk. The girls thst worked desk were not helpful at check in or check out. They did not give basic hotel information that you are typically given when you check in at a hotel. During check in, I had to ask about breakfast which I paid for, pool location, pool hours, check out times etc. On day 2, I had to return for another breakfast voucher for the four of us and the clerk tried to tell me I only paid for 2 guests when I actually had a total of four. After going back and forth with her, she agreed that I did have four guests after deciding to look it up. There were several guests staying there for a wrestling tournament and the children were running wild around the hotel the entire weekend with no supervision. The parents were sitting at the bar the whole time. Staff did nothing. There were wads of gum being stuck to elevator buttons and wet towels hanging from hand rails in elevators. There were tons of boys left in pool and hot tub unsupervised being rowdy both days. There was not a dry spot to sit or a dry place for your personal belongings. Half the water was out of the hot tub and pool from the boys being rowdy.

Everything was wonderful. We were there during the week so the pool and hot tub were empty which was nice.

Wanted to charge me for our breakfast which was all cold. Who I booked thru which was booking.com was not to offer free breakfast. She apologized and gave it to me for free. I think the hotel could offer something hot for their guests and not charge them for the cold breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, scr. egg and breakfast meat. Anything.

It was a smell in the room and I called the front desk and they said housekeeping was coming but never came
