It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Got early check in when asked and an extra night in the same room. Great flexibility for road trippers.

Don't go to opposite waffle house but that's another story.

Good price, convenient to freeway, comfortable bed, next to a Tim Horton’s.

Door was sticking - key would unlock it but the exterior door still wouldn’t open, then the keycard wasn’t working to get into the hallway for the interior opening. There were people outside hanging out (and it isn’t in the middle of the city, so they were really just hanging out in a parking lot) which I guess if you live in Dayton, Ohio there probably isn’t much else to do, but if I were by myself traveling I might not have felt entirely comfortable with a lot of males just hanging out outside.
