Absolutely would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again when we are in the area again.

The room was large, and neat and clean. It was perfect really, for the price I was not expecting something so updated and nice. Everything was so clean and neat. The set up was great and we had a great amount of room.

They needed to put a new toilet seat on the toilet, there was alot of wear on it and it just didn't seem like it could properly be sanitized

Close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Ice machine broke on third level. Only one working was on first floor.

Friendly, clean Hotel. Breakfast had enough choice to start the day. Great stay for a night's sleep. I would stay again.

bed was really good, room was clean, staff was nice. breakfast was average.

phone was not working, reported to desk. toilet seat would not stay up.

contracted with outside company for back and forth to mayo.never on time.also never cleaned my room. Room needs some fixing up also!

Receptionist not welcoming. Towel rack broken. Air conditioner making strange, loud noises.

Kinda smelled like wet dog.

Location

Shuttle NVR came, and front dest didn't seem concerned even though I asked several times and sat out front for 2 hrs. I had a procedure for which I had to be put under anesthesia at Mayo and had to drive myself. I ended up sitting at the hospital for 5 hours til I felt I could drive back to the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of horrible.

Nothing.

The property was rundown, the pool was closed, the bed was uncomfortable, the couch had a large urine stain on it, neither the microwave nor the refrigerator worked properly. I was told it was about a mile to Mayo Clinic - it took over 45 minutes one way on a shuttle bus. I could go on.

I liked the security of the room. Although it was very small, everything was within reach. Very Japanesey

Shady characters seem to be all over the place. Even though Rochester residents are not allowed to stay here.
