Title

Location was good, there was a pool and a hot tub. Love Continental breakfast

It just wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The hot tub wasn't working. There were guests at the pool drinking beer that the staff seemed to be overlooking.

Disgusting! Do not stay here!!!

Soft pillows and tv!

Absolutely filthy room! We arrived around 130 am when we decided we couldn’t drive any further with two infants! A note on the front desk said they charge an extra 100 for incident deposit and I asked why when it wasn’t listen on the website. He said we only do it for bikers or gang members and not for family’s. Ok say what? Lol We walked in room and noticed dirty microwave and fridge and the old key cards still on the dresser. The room smelled wet and the ac was dripping all night and the cover was broken to it. There was random nails and cabinet pieces left in the drawer. And mildew I’m the shower! Used cups next to sink. Beer can in the trash can and poop still in the toilet! Crumbs ands and stains all over the carpet and behind the pillows!

Nice place to stay

The breakfast was good and the it was a quiet place to rest and was in a good location to stores

Could have a little better lights in the hall ways and could use some paint in the halls but over all this hotel is a nice place to stay

Location

Lobby chairs were extremely dirty. No one cleaned tables at breakfast or bought out more food unless we ask the staff. Not enough tables and tables were broken. Bed mattress looked new but bedsheets and covers were covered in stains

I’ve stayed at this facility four to five times in the past 6-8 months. It’s never been this bad!!

There was a cup of milk in morning breakfast and no more. 2 pieces of bread when I got there. Dining room floor very dirty.

Bathroom floor in the room was dirty. I wiped it up with a towel and couple of washcloths. Food stuck on the carpeting also. TV wasn’t working properly..kept going in and out. The toilet was blocked upon arrival and I had to ask for a plunger.

Third time staying. Nick AM is very nice.

Breakfast was great as well as the convenience of being close to Mayo Clinic.

First put in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Food on floor and elsewhere. Was corrected immediately and got a slight upgrade that was quite suitable.

This was a miserable stay.

Parking was ok.

The bed had a large stain on bottom mattress and the pedestal was broken. Microwave didn’t work and coffee pot was old and dirty. The juice dispenser dispensed water. The eggs were cold and tasted like powdered eggs. The staff was unfriendly and unkempt.

The key cards would not work. We had to continually go to the front desk to get them to reset the card. Apparently this is a known issue. It was a real pain.

Hmm not over yet!

Breakfast was alright, (the waffles kept sticking to the waffle grill, egg were too salty, days there was no bread or muffins),

One morning I woke up and went into bathroom and while I sat there, I looked down and between the floor and carpet there was ants where they were coming from who knows where!

The managers on Duty were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty good but we expected Fruit like the photos show.

Superb

Friendliness of Nick and Bonita. Any issues, they immediately resolved.

Would have been nice if there was a little courtyard with a couple tables and chairs instead of the one bench right by the front door.

Friendly guy when we checked in

They said they didnt get their breakfast shipment in so there was no eggs and sausage. We picked this because of the breakfast they said they offered. Could have bought McDonalds sandwiches which is next door for guests or even a small giftcard from there then

I wish u could swim longer. I was on the third floor and the elevator broke and I got no help carrying my stuff up and down the stairs
