We could hear the people above us, sounded like a child was running around until 3 am

love the customer service at the resort. Love how all the rooms have everything and you really dont need to bring anything with you.

The restaurant and bar in the resort are horrible. Understaffed, only half the menu was available. Manager was incompetent. Bar ran out of wine on Saturday evening. Wow

Very clean. Pool and outdoor hot tub were fun! The ice cream bar offering was kind of a joke…not enough staff scooping/topping so the line was slow and long. We skipped it.

Snow removal in parking lot was not great. It was very slippery.

Friendly staff and clean environment.

the housekeeping. we forgot a Prada bag in the room. we realized 4 hours later and called the hotel. they said that they don’t have it. we kept calling and asked to speak with housekeeping. they said that they didn’t find it. we drove back to hotel and they said they found the bag. they gave it to us but forgot to remove the tag that said and I quote. Prada bag, with keys and gift cards, if no one calls “Heather wants it”… well Heather and the hotel so that you know that is theft! I cannot believe how disgusting your practices are. I hope the hotel management reads this and that other guest understand that housekeeping will not contact you even if they know who owns it, they have your phone number and who you are. they will wait for you and simply steal it. what a way to ruin a great Christmas vacation. just for this alone I would stay away from here.
