The property is disgusting. I was offered an „upgrade” to the deluxe room after speaking up about the cleanliness issue in my initial room, both rooms were dusty and bathrooms were full of hair. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful they completely ignored the dirt I showed them. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with booking to receive my refund.
I did not stay at the hotel at all. Don’t even waste your time.

Location was great! Lots of things within walking. Distance. It was very clean. Super comfortable. I was staying at Super 8 and needed just something a little more clean and comfy. This was perfect. I felt more relaxed and comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!

Convenient to the convention center and great restaurants and shopping.
Our toilet backed up. It was fixed very quickly but it wasn’t cleaned. The water went all over the bathroom and had to use our towels to clean the floor and we didn’t get new towels until the next morning when we heard the housekeeping in the hall.

Squealing at automatic front door doesn't give good first impression. Mattress and pillows super uncomfortable.

The check-in staff was nice and helpful. Check out was effortless.
The bathroom was not very clean. The shower head had mold on it. The toilet was not clean. May need to check in with the cleaning staff.
And not a big deal but the iron was not working and was broken.

Check-in could have been better. Don't care much for 1st floor, fortunately the visitors above us made it bearable.

Shower had one grab bar which was horizontal
Suggest second grab bar and that it be verticle and mounted at shower entrance.

it was easy to access and had many restaurants nearby
never could get the water hot in the sink although shower got hot enough -
I checked in at 7:30pm and there were
two workers at the front desk and neither were very friendly although they were efficient- the next morning when I checked out the woman at the front desk was very nice and pleasant

Being woken up at 8am by a fire alarm in the hall way that stayed on for 30 minutes.

When we checked in staff was very friendly, we needed extra towels the second evening but the lady at the desk really wasn’t friendly and acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to get them for me

awful sewer gas smell. had to ask for another room and it wasn’t quite as bad but still smelled like sewer gas
