I really liked the location being close to downtown, but not right downtown.
Staff is great. The lent me a bear spray that someone had left. They also helped me out quickly when I locked myself out of the room.
The suite had a washer and dryer. But, the washer didn’t really work and made me nervous that it smelled hot.

Airport shuttle
Being made to wait for our room. We arrived at the accommodation at 9.30am having just arrived by cruise ship. We were told we had to wait until our room was cleaned and ready. The staff said they would let us know as soon as it was available. Fair enough, however I sat in the foyer until official check in time (3pm). I was not told it was ready earlier than this time, when clearly it was ready. Staff were aware that we were checking out just 14 hours later at 5.30am as we had booked their airport shuttle. They could have prioritised our check in given we were staying for so little time. Very disappointing
