Location and breakfast.
Reception is not so friendly, especially on late night check-in. No early notice if the restaurant will be on exclusive event. No dinner option in this hotel. No aircon you have to open the window during summer.

The location was walking distance to everything.
The hotel is old art deco style but could use some work. There were stone tiles at the entry that were broken into pieces and no one bothered to pick them up. The heat in the room would not turn off so we had to keep the window open.
