Walkable to downtown and clean
Parking was chaotic and you had to walk a long ways to your room if you stayed on the front side with maybe 5 parking spots up there. Breakfast was just ok.

The hotel was very clean.
The location was not as close to downtown as expected. The bathroom was very small. I personally did not like how dark the hotel was and did not like the double glass sliding doors for the entrance to the room. There was no way to get any natural light in the room since the only exterior windows looked in to the hotel where everyone entering the hotel could see directly in your room.

Ideally located for our trip on the Durango to Silverton steam train and many good restaurants.
The buffet breakfast was poor, paper plates, plastic cutlery and a poor selection. On our second morning we chose to have breakfast in town, despite having paid for it at the hotel as part of the inclusive price
