They did not explain to us if we wanted the room cleaned we needed to tell them every day. Caused some confusion.

A strong smell of marijuana in the corridors of the first and second floors, as well as in the room you could feel it! Can you smoke anywhere you want? Without a card, you cannot enter and exit the stairs and you cannot use the elevator.

Front desk lady was nice and friendly, I went down to let the know are tv was not working so she moved us to a different room
The first room smelled like cigarettes smoke,the floors where sticky and the a hole in bathroom behind the door.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious. Kids loved the indoor pool. Big TV.
Location was a bit on the sketchy side but it's Tacoma so it is what it is. The room next to us was very loud and noisy and had no respect for anyone else sharing the same floor as them, this obviously is not the hotels fault but I will say the walls must be thin. No fans in the bathroom

The rooms are very clean and amazingly modern.
There is absolutely no noise installation from the street traffic. The staff in numb. They don't even look you in the eyes. Upon checking in and checking the was no thank you or goodbye thank you for stay. It was as if they were cloms and forced to work.

Nice clean place with nice indoor pool and hot tub.
Not in the best area of town, family that we visited there in Tacoma wouldn't let the kids come to the hotel because of the part of town its in.

Advertising for 24 hour pool was only reason we booked it. At check in we were informed no 24 hr pool and staff was incredibly rude. You couldn't walk outside without homeless and thugs walking around parking lot. Did not feel safe at all

The pillows are extremely uncomfortable and are too high, and too soft.
The blind of the window doesn't close all the way down, we still see the lights outside, and it bothers us to sleep.
