Es super cozy! Super limpio ! El desayuno está básico pero rico ! La ubicación es excelente ! Está a 10 min caminando del centro. Además pudimos ver 2 veces las auroras desde nuestro hotel

Para que se fizesse limpeza do quarto, era necessário solicitar. Apesar de oferecerem transfer, solicitei com antecedência e me informaram que no dia não teria.

Breakfast was great and staff was excellent. The room was clean when we arrived and very warm for the frigid temperatures outside. They offered a taxi from the airport however we were all set with a rental .

If there was anything that could be better we had quite of bit of noise from some kids running around in the room above us but it was very minor as it didn’t last long every night. Breakfast served till 10 would be nicer also.

Breakfast buffet set up caused lots of congestion. Human collision everywhere. In my opinion, drinks and condiments should be located on the side of the room, not in the center of the counter where the food is served. Folks trying to get coffee and juice right in the middle of the food setup caused lots of congestion, for sure. The man at the front counter had no problem charging me for a rollaway bed. He should have been as quick to make sure it was delivered to my room. I had to come down at 9:30 pm to kindly remind him that he charged me for a bed and I would sure like it soon so my Family had a place besides the floor to sleep. Outside of that, the stay was good.
