I had made my reservation two moths in advance. They couldn’t find it and tell me go to somewhere else. They didn’t even help me to find another place, since it was there fault because i had the reservation. Horrible experience, i don’t recommend it at all, that’s not how you’re supposed to treat people.

The friendly staff, the comfortable beds and the room itself, free parking, the laundry room, the gift store in the lobby, the breakfast, close to city center and the opportunity to dine in the hotel.

the breakfast was great and tasted delicious, but it was almost the same every day. more variety for the breakfast (toast, bagel, creek cheese, jam, yogurts) would be great!

Staff did upgrade us to a beautiful room after some issues.

Hotel has an old section and newer section The old section is very old with old mattreses and bathrooms. The newer section is not brand new but alot nicer than the old.

Very comfortable bed. Older outdated fixtures in the bath. AC worked great and was needed in the afternoon with direct sun on the window.

It was comfortable, clean and handy. Have stayed there many times and always nice.

In room 114 the shower has a soap dish up high near the front side. Strange location. My husband and I each bumped our heads on it while shampooing our hair during our showers. I told the from desk about it, so hopefully it will be looked at.

There was a guest who got too drunk I’m assuming and was outside my door for a half hour yelling racial slurs. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially being a black woman, and I felt like the staff took their time to get the situation under control even after calling down to the front desk twice to report the incident.

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. It has a nice location. The rate is acceptable. The continental breakfast is great!

There is no shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport or the train station. So we had to take a Uber or Lyft. It was a long wait for the transmit after we arrived at the train station.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of privacy in a big spacious comfortable room full of sustainable options. There was absolutely nothing bad I could say about this hotel and would 100% use it again if I came to Alaska

Breakfast was mediocre, with a small variety of food. And breakfast ends at 8:30 a.m., too early. I have never seen any hotels breakfast end at 8.30am, but usually at 9.30am。People come hete to see the northen light ，cannot get up early…

Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

I was asking for a help to call a taxi for 3 AM for is to go to the airprot but the staff just share the number and asked us to call by ourself. We were asking for a hot water at 10PM and they didnt have it anymore. The toiletries were not complete too..The staff was not friendly too. For a hotel that is quite pricey, the facilities and services were not that good and still needs some improvement. I have stayed in 3 different places in Fairbanks and this is the pricey one but everything was less than the other hotel
