People were friendly. Was provided the amenities I had reserved.

It had some things for the waffles, and cereal.
It could use more hot food.

Dan was excellent during checkin.
Excellent accessible room. Very comfortable bed. Lighting in room was very good
We asked for a room on the first floor and they accommodated us.
The location was perfect for visiting different areas of the city.
Our only issue was that the shower head was on the back wall and it was difficult keeping the water from leaking all over the bathroom

Easy to get to & quiet
Hallways were dirty & carpets stained. Bathroom floor was dirty & there was a light out in the bathroom. Carpet in room looked dirty
