Not too many close restaurant options but the one restaurant Brazen was pretty good.

The hotel was new and staff where nice. The layouts of the rooms were just odd. Theres a narrow entrance with your kitchen then a very compact sleepong area. A TV sticks out on the wall on your way to the bathroom so if you are not pauing attention, you will walk right into it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Townplace suites. The breakfasts were very good and convenient. The hotel rates were very reasonable. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Great location to all our activities. This is an excellent overall hotel.

Apparently if you book a Marriott hotel through Expedia you are not guaranteed your room. We booked a double queen bed and was given a king bed and needed 2 queens. The lovely manger, who has clearly had customer service training, said it was our issue. So warning if you book a Marriott hotel through Expedia you may find you don’t have the room you need or maybe not a room at all.

Riverside area is a much nicer area than it used to be--it's clean and charming! This property is walkable to a lot of things to do.

Room was nice and in good shape, but surfaces were not wiped due and remnants of prior guest’s food remained. Short stay so did not use most amenities.
Overall nice stay. Price per night is s little over valued but probably due to being the only hotel in the area.

The room was great, wish we could have stayed longer! Came in town for me to run the Triple D half marathon. I was beyond impressed that they had oat milk readily available for the non dairy folks (including my ana to milk 8 yr old)

The only feature that caused a problem was the automatic heating and air conditioning settings. When we left the room the heating temp went to 64 F degrees when we came back to the room it was always cold. The thermostat was set for 74 F degrees, and it seemed to know when we were in the room. These setting changes were frustrating for people who don't want to wait for a room to warm up every time we come back from a cold weather experience outside.

Nice downtown location close to new breweries and restaurants, great parking, entire facility was very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was perfect temperature and chlorine level.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Only problem was that we had a problem with a plugged toilet and we called for them to fix it. All they did was leave a plunger in the bathroom for us to fix it.
We loved how close it was to many restaurants. We could walk to a lot.

We had a wonderful experience. Came into town for a concert close to the hotel. Nice location. Good breakfast selection. Salt water pool.

The staff are exceptional. Love the location! The only downside: breakfast was very lacking. They were out of a lot of food items, what was offered wasn’t good, didn’t have forks for all 3 days we were there. The staff was very apologetic…I felt bad for them.

There were foot pronts on the ceiling. The reservation was for 2 queen beds, but only had 1 and a sleeper sofa with a really thin mattress. The pillow had no pillow case. Not enough pillows on the queen bed. Most places have 4, ours had 3. The kitchen in the room was very nice. Just wish the footprints were gone and the mattress was better.

It was ok until i bought my daughter a late night meal. $6.50 was ridiculous for mac n cheese. I liked the hotel alot but that overpriced non sense was too much. I will never use that part of the hotel again.The continental breakfast was decent but not a whole lot of good options for non beef/pork persons.

We got a great studio apartment with kitchen. Every night they have a "grill" option out front with fire pit. Not a great selection at breakfast but "ok." Staff were very professional and nice to us. Would definitely stay there again.
