It had a gym
No continental breakfast. The cost of the stay is already pricey. We had a baby and there was no milk to purchase. Had leave a go to the grocery store. Cleaning service did not come back and clean our room.

The property was great and updated from the previous ownership.
Unfortunately we accidentally left my daughter Nintendo’s switch in the room. We checked out at 11, went to say goodbyes to family and was about to get on the interstate to realize we left it in the room. I called hoping the honesty policy was in full effect to find out it wasn’t! Also to find out a couple of people also has had the same problem at this location is heartbreaking because this is the main hotel I stay at when coming to Alexandria, La.
