The staff was super friendly and the room clean and reasonably priced

The rooms were clean and location excellent

I was pleased with it all Room was clean , bed comfortable , it was quiet and coffee was good

Great experience

Staff were super friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location and I felt safe. It is an older hotel but was well maintained.

The room was a bit dark.

Room was very clean,bed was very comfortable, great location,all looked very updated, parking lot was also clean,would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here previously, very clean, management friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

After out patient surgery trying to rest, housekeeping a little noisy moving from room to room with cleaning cart.

Good location but needs improvement to be better guest-orientated instead of saving money.

it's says includes breakfast, but that's coffee ( which is in your unit anyway), and a honeybun. pathetic. No haircare products in the unit, and one bathtowel for 2 people. Broken shower mixer.

Honored my request for 1st floor room.

Towel bar came off when .my wife hung up a towel and only 2 tissues in kleenex box.

Superb

The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water came very quickly in the shower and sink. The iron in my room was dirty on the bottom. The desk clerk brought me a new iron when requested.

There was no elevator for my second floor room.

Needs a facelift/updating. There were people/guests hanging out in the parking lot, and running room to room - shady activities.

Won't stay at that chain again

No breakfast even though online they said they had it. Only coffee and cheap plastic wrapped roll

Little tiny bottle of bath soap. Tiny bath towels. Only one packet of coffee to make one cup and there were 2 of us

The rooms were really clean and updated. Staff was welcoming.

You could smell a bit of urine. Used my own lysol

Excellent place to stay.

Room is clean, great parking, good location, and friendly staff.

Room needs touch up on paint, restroom fan hasn’t been working for over a year (we book often). A little attention to room cosmetics. A little pricier than others.

It was in a good location for me and the price was good.

I had to request a room change since I asked for a quiet location and was put in a room closest to the highway. Also, the beds were full sized mattresses and the listing said the bed were queen sized.
