Location in Laughlin. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet considering it’s a quite big casino. Staff friendly. Food court so no need to travel far after a long day travelling.
Smoking in the casino. It’s time to make this a smoke free environment. Pool had closed for season but could use sister hotel next door. Older property that could do with a freshen up.

Room was a nice size. Glad I upgraded to get a nice view of the water and the city lights. (16th floor). Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. I liked that the room had a fridge.
The toilet was a little hard to flush. Button on top of the toilet tank. When you pushed to flush, it tried to fight you and you had to apply force to keep the flush going.

Almost everything except we had no room service for the last 3 days because of staffing problems. The bathroom had adequate safety bars.
I do not care for the bulk soap, shampoo, conditioner in bathroom. It does the job but they are placed to close in the shower.

Possibly the size of the hotel
The person checking us in wasn’t very friendly and we booked a king room but they said it’s first come first serve. We came with another couple who got a king room as well but again we were both told no rooms with king beds available unless we wanted to pay more. We already paid more for a king room but didn’t get it. They didn’t offer anything else that was similar to what we booked and especially told us too bad.
