The Tropicana has the best pool area? It is completely shaded by 2pm each day.
Housekeeping. We ran out of towels, so I called Housekeeping to turn over our room. I called three times and even went to the Desk. The “Mgr” (courteous, but seemingly irritated with us) gave us towels. The Housekeeper finally showed up to clean our room at 8pm!
