I have stayed at Frenchmen Orleans at 519 over the years and was happy to see that the property has been given a refresh/redecoration this year. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Parking is out front and parties occurred every night around my car. I probably won’t park on the property in the future.

Location was excellent. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars that had live music. Room was a great size with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave to add to the convenience of staying at this hotel.
Shared spaces such as stairs and balcony could have been cleaner.

Great location in the heart of Frenchman St. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great balcony to people watch. Room was large and had a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
Facility could have been cleaner in public areas- stairwell and balcony area.

Some of the kitchen eqiupment could have been improved. Don't remember exactly.
It would also be good to know in advance if a room cointains 2 single bed or one queen size bed, since this has great affect on the quality of the stay.
