great location. beautiful building. bed was unbelievably comfortable.

the bath was down the hall, although it was private to my room.

the location was great. walking distance to cliff walk and to town.

house and bedroom were very dark.

Breakfast was exceptional.

More shelves and door hooks in the bathroom.

The variety at breakfast was so much more than boring standard hotel food. Location was what I wanted. The quaint atmosphere of days gone by was also appreciated.

Just my opinion. As a senior and solo traveler, I would have appreciated a little discount.

We had room #5 which gave us our private entrance, kitchen area, living room, bathroom & bedroom. Very spacious & historical decor.

The bathroom is VERY small & needs updating, the bed could use some sort of mattress topper because it was a little uncomfortable if you’re not used to such a firm mattress.

Great hosts. Very helpful with our luggage and restaurant suggestions . Our bed was comfortable and quiet.

It's an old home and shows it's age, but it didn't detract from our stay. The price per night was reasonable. Many options are available in Newport and most are what I consider expensive ($300+) a night. The location and the hosts made for a great 2 night stay.

Hosts Richard and his wife were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and responsive to our every need. The hand delivered iced water offered after a long day walking in the heat was just perfect!

The tub drained a little slow. Otherwise everything was as could be expected.

This is a lovely bed and breakfast situated 2 blocks from the wharf area. Our hosts, Donna and Richard , were gracious and helpful while providing a comfortable place to stay. Every detail was included in our room which was clean and comfortable .Breakfast was served between 8am and 10am so there was no rush getting up early… and provided several hot and cold items. If you like B&Bs … this is the one!

Steep, winding stairs to the 2nd floor…. Recommend packing a light bag!
