This was our first time at this inn and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is great for walking the town, and if you get tired, there is a bus stop right outside the inn! There are so many places to explore in Newport you never have enough time to see it all. The colonial buildings in town are amazing; and then there are the mansions out on Bellevue Ave to explore. The waterfront is lovely, although I do miss the fishing boats that used to share the wharfs. At the inn, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. I appreciated the freshly made oatmeal and fresh fruit each morning. Other options included breakfast cereals, baked goods to toast, hard boiled eggs and avocados, and fresh brewed coffee and teas.

Absolutely lovely home. Vibrant staff. Clean, cozy room. Wonderfully comfortable bed.

Loved the whole experience

Friendly staff at the desk and helped celebrate our engagement. Good location.

Inadequate parking and notification about minimum spaces and staff needing keys to move vehicles is not something I would trust if I had known ahead of time. Cleaning staff was pushy and rude on two occasions and breakfast options were very limited. Room is very old and dated and didn’t meet expectations pictures on booking showed. Inn is showing its age.
