Coffee was out during breakfast then burnt when it was replaced. Many items were not stocked even without having nearly a full hotel. The place was dirty and out dated. The pool was closed for both days, we had to call the front desk to get our tv to work and room was infested with stink bugs on the walls and ceiling. Killed about 8 a night before bed. The pillows were like sleeping on cotton ball bags bought from hobby lobby. I’m glad we brought sheets for at least my kid to sleep on. Would not recommend

Beds were comfortable and rooms clean

Hotel has tried to charge credit card 4 times when we actually paid cash, case ongoing with credit card fraud team . Staff at reception were not helpful and sheriff was called Phone and all email accounts etc were hacked while on Super 8 Wi-Fi very serious consequences for me…. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Brighter and better lit parking lot

TV in our room did not work. Left voice mail message at front desk advising this. No return phone call. The next morning during check out we advised employee checking us out. He confirmed/knew the tv didn't work. He said "it's an old tv".

Pillow and bed super soft, but pillows are way too small!! Staff very courteous except for one of the owners revving his engine at me as I was gathering my stuff to check in. He flew around another car and tried to get into the spot next to me, only to find me standing there. Then as I gathered stuff, he began to rev his engine in an effort to get me to move. I did not know at the time that this was an owner or manager or whatever he was and spoke loudly about how rude he was to continue to move his car forward while I was still standing there. Then he had the audacity to smile a cheesy fake smile at me when I check in!

Can't really say much

It was filthy. The freezer and refrigerator had mold all over. Couldn't even put my stuff in it. Yhe microwave was filthy. The bedspreads, bed skirts and blankets were stained disgusting. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room. The chairs were stained filthy. The room looked like someone tried to break in the window. We were right over the pool so the room vibrated and buzzed all night from the filter motor. Didn't even get 2 hours sleep because we had to sleep on top of the bedding and sitting up because noone wanted to put their heads on the pillows and that stinks on a cross country drive when you need the rest. Didn't even stay the whole night.

The hotel was clean when we walked in.

The staff wasn't very helpful, they seemed to be gone more than they were behind the desk. We had a room close to the exit and the staff kept leaving it propped open when they would go out to smoke, which made me very uncomfortable because of the location and the people that were hanging out in the parking lot. Never once did they clean our room when we were out. We had to take out our own trash, grab our own towels from the front desk, and I even had to vacuum the room myself. Also the pool seemed dirty and it smelled musty in there. There was a dehumidifier in there that I emptied twice to see if it would help, unfortunately it did not. One more thing, we had to move rooms after we checked because our air conditioner didn't work.

The air conditioner was amazing and kept our roo. 61 degrees

Missing fire detector. Fire marks on the plug in the bathroom. Bathroom light kept shutting off during a shower. Pool was freezing. The handle on the toilet was broke.
