Room size and hot shower

Not cleaned well. Tv was not working in one of my rooms, some lights were not working in both rooms. Not the rooms I reserved. Staff is high handed and unreasonable

Staff was very nice. Everyone was helpful and professional. Breakfast was actually very good and there was a good selection. Hotel was quiet ,bed was comfortable. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and the price and service were always good.

The hotel has seemed to go downhill in cleaning , the floors in the rooms were not carpeted which I thought was a good thing but they weren't very clean. there was dust and hair on them and not just in the corners but pretty much everywhere. I had to wear slippers all the time to keep the dust and hair from sticking to my feet. The bathroom was fairly clean but in order for me to be comfortable I had to get some bathroom cleaner and clean the bathroom..But at least there were no bugs .

Excellent place to feel comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The nice lady who checked us in made us feel welcome.

Communication. We checked out a day early and hotel will not communicate with Booking.com about a refund for the night we didn't stay. We got charged for a night that we didn't stay there. When I asked the hotel about the refund they told me to deal with Booking.com. Lawn needs mowing.

The convenient location is close to gas stations and restaurants. My kids loved the pool. The hotel was very clean. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Five-star treatment goes to Sherry. She goes above and beyond her job title. She helped me find budget friendly things to do in the area with the kids. The breakfast was so delicious every day there's something different options. They have a coffee bar available 24 hrs. They don't have a vending machine, but they have a little shop at the front desk available for purchase 24 hours. This was the best stay and experience I have had in a hotel in 20 years. I'm definitely coming back. They have a fitness center and pool. My kids used all 4 days there. Did I mention the late check out at noon. I got to sleep a little longer before my long drive home.

If I have to say something, the pillows are too soft for my liking

Location was great for our visit. Staff was very courteous and the breakfast was great!

It was fine overall but if I had to make a suggestion I would say towels/washcloths etc could stand to be replaced
