The location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Very outdated. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room very dim. Did have enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub. That was a plus.

Closeness to beach
As all hotels it needs a fan.

Access right there to the beach & shops & eating location
As soon as we walked in the room, smelled like mold, ceiling was cracked, the school was moldy & the shower was never cleaned.
