Good breakfast, friendly staff, cleaning rooms, free airport shuttle
The location is very car oriented, but you can't change the neighborhood

Breakfast and location were good.
Pictures were not accurate. Very fun down. Rooms smelt. The front desk people both were useless and not helpful. Morning front desk lady was preoccupied with her crying baby.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk staff, housekeeping and support staff were kind, polite and accommodating to meet my needs.
The location within walking distance of the outlets was a bonus.

It was close to the airport and it was clean
The website said they offered an airport shuttle until midnight. When we arrived, I called and asked for the shuttle to pick us up. The girl told me they didn’t offer a shuttle and she could call me a Lyft

I really enjoyed how the staff was very friendly, as well as went an extra mile, too accommodate.
Breakfast options,wasn't the best on Monday.

We were here for a week, visiting family in Charleston. The woman that works at the front desk from *day shift, around 6/7 to 3/4 was so welcoming. She made us feel at home and enjoyed talking to her daily. Also the women who prepared the spread for the morning breakfast was also amazing. A joy to speak with regularly. The tub flour could use a cleaning every now and then and the bed could be more comfortable.

Location to airport
Did Not provide early airport transit, shuttle started at 7am. Our Flight out was 5:30an and had to pat $30 to an outside shuttle company. Alsi the bed mattress too soft, seemed to be worn out.

Loved the huge, super comfortable bed and pillows!! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport (and the airport shuttle) and the outlet mall, and it turned out to also be within walking distance to many restaurants. Another selling point for me was the lovely outdoor pool area, where I spent a day recovering from jet lag! I also enjoyed the free breakfast, it was really nice to be able to wander downstairs to a good breakfast in the morning.

The Bookings site said 24hr airport shuttle. I was told to hire an outside vendor/ driver to take me to the airport.
