Nothing. Everything was far below my expectations for a Marriott Courtyard.
I didn't like anything in this place. First, the city was really bad and made me feel unsafe. Secondly, everything smelled awful, filled with chemicals and germs. There was clear water damage on the roof and walls, and the bathroom was so small! Lastly, when I took a shower and used the towels they gave, there was such a strong but bad smell on my body since they use the same towels and the same cleaning solution which smells awful and made me want to vomit almost all the time! I couldn't even sleep peacefully because each time I moved, the smell would escape from the bed sheets. I eagerly looked outside for the river view they mentioned but that was just a small bit of water I could hardly make out. We went here because of the brand of Marriott, and everything was awful. We stayed at many hotels for vacation, and ALL OF THEM was far better than Marriott. The next hotel wasn't well known at all, but everything was perfect, and it was 56 dollars cheaper. The next one was made fully out of wood, with a much smaller area then Marriott, and filled with bugs, but even this felt homey. Now, were in a place that looks broken from the outside and this is the best one yet! Marriott really disappointed me, and I will not be coming here again.

I liked the hot tub. Was there during a terrible snow storm. -10 degrees. The hot tub was a good way to relax. And it’s actually hot; not luke warm.

Location was fine. Breakfast eggs were scorched and bacon was not done right.
Bar closed 2 hrs early before we could get there. Computers were down so I could not get a receipt or pay cash.. Still have not heard anything about this. People sleeping in the halls.

The creepy parking ramp, the lazy front desk person, the bugs in the room, the rotten smell. All of these things were lovely
Could have been clean. I didn’t invite the bugs, for example. When I told the employee at the front desk, she rolled her eyes. Unimpressive

shower curtain had mildew on it. chair was peeling black plastic. there was no hand lotion in the bathroom.

The staff. Not one person did the same job in the 6 nights I stayed there. You had to explain something every single time to everyone.

Loved the location and we liked having the bar and bistro downstairs. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were just there for the night so didn’t have a chance to use the sauna or pool. Maybe next time !
We initially were put into a dirty room (suite) but the front desk folks corrected the problem immediately upon learning of the mistake.

Great location, lots of food options near by. Plus the rooms were huge!
We found an old key card and old plastic silverware in our room. Would have liked a little more attention to detail in room cleanliness. Also, there was loud bass coming from the bars.

great location for a wedding just down the road! a beautiful lobby with restaurant/ coffee/ bar!
check-in took over 30 minutes with nobody else in the entire lobby. my room was not cleaned either day during my stay but after paying for late check-out the maid service knocked on my door at 11:05.

The location was perfect for getting to places for supper. Walking distance is all within a block.
A place to park a work truck would be nice. It doesn’t fit in the parking structure.

extremely comfortable stay, clean and convenient. Staff was great, the room was clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
