The overnight desk associate was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable

We were close to all the things we wanted to do while in Springfield without being so close that our surroundings were loud.
The staff were hard to find. We never walked into the hotel and saw a person standing at the desk. If we wanted to see someone, we waited for someone to come to the front. Otherwise we came and went and never saw anyone.

Easy access right off the interstate. Quiet rooms.
Elevator is very slow. No breakfast included.

They were always out of towels. They didn't clean the room once. I had to take trash out etc.

The staff was rude and disrespectful like ive never seen before...unbelievable.

The room was spacious and clean. For the most part everything was quite clean and comfortable.
The computer kept declining my credit card. The card was used prior to my arrival and all the next day. Good thing we had another card. On line advertisement said breakfast was included ( it was not). The mattress needed to be turned.

Beyond disappointing. I was given two fitted sheets and two thin, ragged blankets for my sleeper couch. It was awful.

Bed was comfortable
No soap or kleenex in the room. Garbage under the bed. Dirty towel and someone else's left behind clothes in closet.
