Loved the room and breakfast

No smoking on outside balcony

The pull out sofa was so uncomfortable- but that's kind of expected

Pull out bed was terribly thin and the pillows alll need upgraded.

I paid for the room when I made the reservations and when I checked out I was charged more and the clerk could not tell me what the extra 10.01 was for. Only shrugged her shoulders.

The staff was excellent. Great customer service. Parking was very convenient.

The room size in the bedroom was bit cramped especially for families that are using a pack n play. Also the pool was unfortunately closed, so that was a bummer.

The Hotel was fully equipped in the kitchen for everything we needed for cooking.We were there for a full week so it was helpful to have all of those things included. It was also in a very safe spot of town and easily accessed for all the places we were going throughout Springfield.We were there for a basketball tournament for a full week, and it really accommodated us fully.

This wasn't their fault but I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and it did not have an oven due to the fact that a wheelchair would need to go underneath the countertop. So if you do need a handicapped accessible room this was a great space. But for our case We needed an oven however because it was so fully equipped we were able to make a do.

property is beautiful. room is beautiful.

Skim on toiletries. no lotion available. there were lots of random noises throughout the night that made it very difficult to sleep. mattress was very lumpy and hard.
