The breakfast area was kept clean, beds were comfortable.

Bathrooms are very tiny, shower had a screaming sound in both of our rooms. No hair dryer, the closet door would not stay shut. The walls in the hallway were damaged, very outdated bathrooms. The reviews on the booking site had to be fake. Slowest elevator EVER.

Great staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location, great pool, and spa!

A little pricy for the rooms. Thin walls (very noisy upstairs!) The window curtains don't close, so there was a very bright streetlight blaring through all night, and I couldn't do anything about that. But overall, it was pretty good.

Pool was not clean

Very nice, clean, quick check-in. I have been at three comfort inns in the last two weeks. I really liked that the beds at this one were lower than the other two comfort inns. The hotels in Louisville, Kentucky and Belleville Ill were also nice, but the beds were so high off the floor that I struggled to get in them,

The only issue I had was that I forgot one of my handouts, so I went to the "business center" to print off a copy to take to my presentation, I could not get into my email. Every time I tried the person who used the computer before me their email would show up. Even though the screen showed my email as being there I could not access it. I asked for help at the front desk and the associate told me he did not know enough about computers to help. He suggested I use the other computer and reboot the one I was on. I closed the computer I was on but could not get it to restart and the associate had no idea how to turn the computers on. This was a disappointment and I was not able to get a copy of the handout I had hoped to get.

The staff was super friendly. the hotel was clean. swimming pool and hot tub was open and nice. bed was comfortable. room was nice and cozy.
