over all fair but pipes had bursted in one of the other rooms and all water was turned off and after a day of being out all day Family and I couldnt shower before bed very disappointed breakfast was excellent and chef was amazing.customers service and communication was great at all.

T.v. not work staff tried to fix, not work. Room was dirty. The floor had many dired chuncks of food into carpet. They came and cleaned.

Clean, decent breakfast variety, friendly staff.

Beds were too hard. Sink cabinet deep making it hard to lean directly over the sink.

I took my Grandkids because it said indoor pool, but it wasn't heated so it was absolutely freezing! The biggest reason we stayed there was for the pool!! Disappointed

The staff was nice and the room was clean.

The whole reason we chose this hotel was to use the pool for my son's birthday. It was listed that the pool and hottub were available, but when we arrived, they were closed. I inquired about getting a refund so that we could go to a different hotel with these amenities, and no one ever responded. Very disappointing!

Telephone in room did not work. TV did not work. Reported both upon arrival. Neither was fixed. Another room was not offered. Had booked two nights but decided too leave a day early.

TV didn't work. Ice box didn't cool. Luke warm water in shower. Toilet seat was loose. Bubble gum in carpet. Hair dryer didn't work

From the initial greeting this was a disaster. It took almost 45 minutes to check-in. Front desk disclosed that housekeeping had quit. They had NO idea as to status of room availability or readiness for guests. We were asked to verify that the room was clean (they weren't sure). Our 2nd room was not available until almost 11:30PM. We were issued keys to, and walked in on, guests that were already in-room... TWICE! When we requested credit or adjustments we were told that there was not much that could be done. Hotel smells really bad.

It was OK the waffle maker was nice.

Being double charged by the hotel making my funds unusable through the bank and not being able to do much of nothing at all. Thanks for making the first weekend I have had with my wife in a year to one of the most stressful hotel stays I have encountered. We would have been better off driving home. And at the current time my money has still not been returned.

Breakfast was ok. Pool was working.

The bathroom tiles were shattered like a jig saw puzzle and not even glued down. The floors probably had water damage at some point and gave in when you stepped on them. We were scared to use it.. Our window had white paint all over it. Room 220. Fix that bathroom geez. Oh yeah... they don't do daily room service.
