Nothing was available when I went there at 9 a.m. Juice machine was not working. Ice machine was good. Water fountain didn't work for my water bottle.
Non-guests sneaking in to swim while we were at the pool in the evening.

When I got there and ask about breakfast they informed me that they have not served breakfast for over 2 years but they cannot get you, booking.com, to change that on your side. So I think you owe me money for breakfast, which is what I expected when I booked through you. $25 should be adequate

The area was great. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They helped me with issues when I had them. The room was nice and spacious as well as having a clean smell and lots of light which is rare at hotels.
The toilet I had in my room wasnt working when I first got in there. It then started leaking and instead of giving me a new room I was told to leave the bucket underneath it. Then whenever I showered the shower also leaked and the bathroom flooded when I was showering.
