The location was convenient for what we needed.
When we checked in and went to our room, we opened the door and got a huge whiff of cigarette smoke and saw that the room we were given had not been cleaned yet. When we went back to the front desk the man working didn’t seem very apologetic or surprised and just gave us another room. I didn’t even realize he apologized at all but my husband said he said sorry about that when he gave us our new room card.

Beds looked like they were slept in, had to change room. New room had a problem with the toilet not flushing, no new toilet paper on holders as there was only about a wipe left on each roll.

Floors were sticky and had red stains which we didn't know what they were. Was bad. I am glad I brought my own sheet and pillow cases. I wouldn't be able to sleep there with their stuff.

The location was close to Hershey Park.
The suite I was given had peeling wallpaper with exposed mold. The bathroom fixtures were coming off the wall. There were stains on the walls. I was offered a different suite but the bathroom ceiling was significantly worse than the first room and it appeared that the ceiling has a leak and the was coming apart.

Dirty!! The elevator floor was filthy my entire time there. The doors to the rooms make so much noise you can’t sleep and get woken up very early 😡
When checking out another customer was at front desk complaining there was mice poop on her bed. The second floor reeked of marijuana. Very rundown from when I visited this location the last time it seems that the people that are managing the Hotel, have all of their friends and family living there 😔

Breakfast was good, room was clean
The pool was very warm. It felt like a hot tub rather than a pool. I couldn’t find any staff to see if there was a malfunction with it. There was nobody at the front desk for about an hour while we were at the pool.

The curtain didn't close all the way. So there was too much sunlight in the early morning. Need curtains to fully close.

I paid for a king size bed and was given two queen. I paid $12 extra for the request. so I asked to be changed, and then I was put into a room. They didn’t have any curtains and you could see right in the room. I asked to change again, and then I was put into a room on the third floor and the elevator stopped working. The guy working the front desk then explain to me the booking was the one who charged the extra $12 and didn’t communicate that with best Western. all in all a real cluster!

comfortable and clean. easy check in and out. breakfast was great. nice variety of food and food was good!
didn’t have sheets and blanket available for pull out couch in the family suite.
also- towel rod was broken in bathroom.

Rooms were nice and cozy. They had a mini refrigerator and microwave which was helpful.
Breakfast menu was great for the price.
The corridors seemed a little unclean (I have allergy and could feel that).

The pool was cold in the air was cold it was on Sunday.and they were out of waffle maker when the guy was sitting there I thought he was a customer but he was a worker he took no initiative to put some more up there until another worker got some more waffle stuff for the machine. When I ask for it . People shouldn't be there if they don't want to work.

It was quiet, and other guests were friendly
Waited 20 minutes to check in because the front desk clerk had not made it into work yet, the other staff did not speak English and was unable to understand what we were saying. The hotel room door to our room was warped and would not shut completely, and the whole place wreaked of marijuana. Made us a good laughable memory though!

The location to Hershey Park. It was convenient.
The cleanliness of the hotel and lack of towels at the pool. We had to ask multiple times for towels every time we went down to the pool. Our room was not cleaned when we put the sign out for it to be cleaned. The one day they came in, they only made one of the beds and not the other. The curtains were dirty and there was a lot of dust in the room. We had to ask for towels for our room as well.

enjoyed the pool
not close to many restaurants or shopping although a good family diner right next door. very loud neighbours all around rooms next to us we could hear tv, people taking outside door and window. sound proofing not great.
