The bedsheets in the beds were not changed or washed, but the beds were nicely made to cover it up. There were hair and stains on the sheets. It was so bad that the staff had to move us to an entirely new room with bedding that was actually clean. No apologies were given.

Had to check out. Back to work. Stay was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Should've brought a bathing suit and another night. Well definitely be back in A few months.

i liked nothing about this place or the people that worked there. they were rude.

the shower would not drain told people at front desk and nothing ever done about it. booking .com said you could pay cash at property and you could but had to hold hole thing with a credit card first , never had this happen before.

Staff person at front desk was friendly with good sense of humor, and very helpful. Hotel was Clean. Room was perfect for stay. Lots of charging outlets, microwave, mini fridge, TV, sitting are with sofa, pull out bed, large closet with safe. Did I say very clean?

The beds were comfortable! The staff were very helpful and nice.

It didn't feel clean in the rooms. There was dust/dirt all over. Floors seemed wore down/sticky and felt weird to walk on in bare feet. The room fridge was not working properly and neither was the air conditioner/fan. We ended up not eating the breakfast they provided. The muffins and bread were dry and all the hot food was not good. Juices were very watered down. We did use the pool also. The bathroom in the pool area was under maintained! There was dried blood on the floor and just covered in filth.
