Nice breakfast

I love how consistent this hotel chain is. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean.
We did use the pool and enjoyed it, but one thing worth mentioning is that it looked dirty to us. It may simply have been due to the age of the pool or the colour of the finish, but the bottom had a greenish appearance that made it look unclean and didn’t give us much confidence in its cleanliness.

This hotel was close to the finger lakes we were visiting.
It did not include breakfast.

the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great location for our purposes
we were allocated what appears to be a disability room.
shower was over the bath. would have preferred a shower cubicle
the air conditioning unit is very noisy
buffet breakfast was mediocre, at best.
