Very nice smaller motel. I was offered to upgrade to the top corner room for the best view. Very quiet & other guests were respectful. Easy parking, close to beach views, easy street access. Friendly desk clerk & wonderful housekeeping. Super comfy beds & big shower.
No coffee makers in room but that's not really important. That's really my only observation.

Great location, just a short walk to the boardwalk.
Some guests had trouble with the car park.

Close to beach. Included chair, bed, and desk. TV and AC worked. Bath did not smell like mildew.
The area under bed was worn. A few hairs here and there that were not mine that came with the room. The electric ports, the plug things, on the lights next to bed did not work so my phone ran out of power instead of charging over night. Thin walls.

Nice location, nice view.
The bed was a very old coil spring mattress that was very uncomfortable.
