some alarm going off all night at business next door and when I told front desk they were not concerned

A roof over our head.
Roach Motel. We fought roaches our entire stay. If we could have found other accommodations we would have moved. Be warned. Don't stay here!

Had trouble opening room door, staff minimally helpful. Nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes.
