Aloft by Marriott Asheville Downtown

Clean facility in a great location. Staff were nice. Main bed was pretty comfortable but the pull out couch fell short.

Very very Friendly Staff. Desk staff & cafe staff. Clean. Excellent location. Very nice find when i needed to stay 1 more day in Asheville with my dog.

One elevator was out of Service. This made taking my dog down from the sixth floor to the lobby on the second floor, to the exit on the first floor, to the street to look for a potty spot a bit difficult. Awesome hotel. But only if your dog has a strong bladder which thankfully mine does.

The location is amazing! Convenient to everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping. I didn’t really have much interaction with the staff.

The location is great

Extremely rude housekeeping staff. Incredibly loud techno music blasting by the pool (with a live DJ). The hotel allows local people to buy a day pass to the pool so the DJs had a bunch of friends there and they were all drinking and vaping in the pool, yelling, cussing, etc. The DJ's music was so loud you had to yell to talk to the person next to you (middle of the day on a Sunday) and blasting songs with the F word and N word and there were families with little kids. Many people came to the pool and left because it was so horrible. Everything was overpriced. We have stayed at this location many times and it has always been great before this.
