Location, price ,value, breakfast , clean, and street parking. Great for 1 night. Friendly staff.
Our room was small but wanted a king bed. If you are physically / mobility challenged this hotel is not for you.

It was a 5min drive to the stairway entrance of the beach and a 10min walk to the other side of the beach. Literally right on Ocean Ave and within steps your in front of restaurants, shoppes and more. Street parking is limited. Streets are incline. Our room window was facing the little pool.
Walls are thin but with earplugs it was fine. Kinda pricy but understandable because of the area and convenience.

Location to town.
Tiny dated bathroom with nowhere to put toiletries. The breakfast wasn't good, very basic with disposable everything , so much wasted plastic, what's with a hard boiled egg in a plastic bag !!!
Felt like a 1980s motel.
