Lithia Springs Resort

Room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The mineral jacuzzi and pool were very relaxing. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and it was a super short drive into downtown Ashland.

The coffee maker should really be larger for a 4 person room. Also- a few more hooks or towel bars in the bathroom would be really nice for the 4 person room (Queen Deluxe).

The $5 breakfast was pretty ordinary. I don’t think there should have been a charge. I had to ask for housekeeping so the room didn’t get cleaned the first day.

Space, location, grounds

They didn’t let us know when room was ready. Said they would text and didn’t. Had to go in and ask. Key was sitting right there.

The place was quaint. The gardens made it lovely.

My room had a mildew odor that they claim was a sulfur odor. I don’t agree. The heating and cooling unit in our room kept making a strange noise. I also wondered if the filter had been changed since the room had a mildew odor. The room got very cold so I switched it to heat, but then the room got too hot. I don’t think the unit is working efficiently or well. I also had to wait on a couple of occasions to even deal with somebody at the front desk. And I felt like a child having to get my voucher for breakfast since I had to stand in line to get it. And, I might add that there was nobody at the front desk to obtain the voucher for several minutes, which was quite annoying. In addition, I went to get coffee around 6:45 AM and there was no coffee out any place.
