The bath tub wasn't cleaned very well, there was still soap residue and hairs in the bathtub

The location was perfect for a visit to see my daughter at Elon , great value as well.

There was not much staff presence overall , but I do believe that was due to being understaffed and not at all the staff’s fault.

Staff was friendly. Coffee and fruit bowl was available during the day. Free breakfast was very good. Hotel was close to Elon though a bit hard to find on gps at first. Temperature control worked well.

Room and bathroom need updating. Walls are thin.

Breakfast choices could of been better

I liked almost everything about this property. What I especially liked is that it is on a dead end service road so there is no through traffic. The room was very well appointed. And the breakfast was actually very substantial! another thing I really liked was the easy proximity to probably a dozen or so good places to eat a Walmart nearby etc. yet the dead end service Road gave the hotel total privacy.

The only thing I would suggest is that you might consider asking for a room not facing the highway. My room faced the highway and had a giant search spotlight eliminating the hotel under my window. The sound of the traffic was really not that bad and they had plenty of shade on the window to cover the light but I thought I would mention it.
