Would stay again

Very nice hotel, I don't typically stay at a hotel with this price point, but I was very happy with all offered at the rate.

You get what you paid for.

It was convenient and good value for what we needed. We now know what to expect at a Tru hotel. Clean, with minimal effort.

It was exactly what we paid for, nothing exceptional.

Clean and easy place to stay, with great staff.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Tricia was amazing. We traveled for a funeral and she was extremely attentive to our family. There was a big group of us staying at the hotel. She made sure to check in on us to see if we needed anything. She made it a pleasure to stay.

The pancake machine didn’t work consistently which was disappointing since we looked forward to the signature breakfast included.

Fun hotel that met our needs for a quick overnight stay.

breakfast was fine.. Everything seemed fresh and new. The pancake maker was a hit and lots of fun toppings! There were people cleaning everywhere... the hotel was super clean!

The parking was weird. We had to come in late and there were no spots and then the employees kind of said "well, maybe you could park in the next lot". It felt unsure, like there was not a plan. Also, the email we received to check in talked about wearing masks for COVID as a requirement. It really needs to be updated:)

I continue to stay in this location because it is centrally and conveniently located.

The breakfast was ok for most, but I am a big breakfast person. The location is perfect, close to lots of places to eat, shop and play golf!

I have stayed in this location several times before and the price was a little higher than before, but I guess all prices have risen!

Comfortable and clean. Convenient to Elon University.

The staff was excellent - including front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Walk-in shower was great. Lots of USB outlets for charging. The coffee service in the lobby was a perk (I prefer this to the in-room coffee maker).

The only thing we didn’t like were the bed pillows…too few and really poor quality.

Impressed by this small hotel.

What a unique, modern place. Small room yet with all the amenities and comfort of larger rooms. Water pressure was superb. No shower curtains...yeah for walk in shower.

location, cleanliness and great staff.

except for the discolored ceiling there was nothing I didn’t like. the pancake maker was broken that was another negative. we book here because the kids love the pancakes, not a lot of variety of breakfast foods.
