Good location, nice staff.
There was a cockroach in the restroom and a drunk lady woke at the swimming pool woke us up at around 11 PM with loud music.

Very comfy stay - fantastic hosts & staff - delicious breakky & excellent location! Thank you for having us! Loved the ice machine and the bed was great as was the air con!
Only 'tiny' negative - and this is likely an issue in a lot of places - we are non smokers & in Australia, Adelaide in particular, very few people still smoke - so while it is a non smoking room - I suspect people who stay mightn't smoke IN the room (there were a couple of other rooms with people standing by their cars or outside the doors) the smell still gets in on clothing etc... BUT, excellent air con here, a huge plus as it was hot!!

The room was clean and location is great
Room was connected to another guest room with a door separation and they were extremely loud effecting my ability to sleep. This is the second time staying at this location and noise being an issue.
