Sofa bed was the worst ever. Would not consider it a bed. Terrible

Location was great and room was very clean

The bed. The pillows went so flat that the few hours I did sleep, I woke up with a crick in my neck and they looked like just the pillow case was the only thing left. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I was pretty unhappy that I spent a little over $250 for a night for a bad night sleep, I was hoping for a good nights rest for that amount of money.

Parken ist, wie die anderen schon beurteilt haben, sehr schlecht: Tipp von uns: Gepäckwagen aus dem Hotel holen und Gepäck auf Check-In-Parkplatz vorher aus dem Auto entladen. Nach dem Check-In das Parkticket holen und dann das Auto in die Parkgarage fahren. Um aus der Parkgarage rauszukommen, sind die Schilder bedingt hilfreich. Lieber anhand der Himmelsrichtung orientieren. Wifi: Man muss kein Hiltonmember sein, um das komplette Internet zu nutzen. Es gibt ein Promotional-Code an der Rezeption.

קיבלנו חדר שהיו בו מלא בעיות , הברז בכיור לא עבד ולמרות שכבר באותו יום הודענו והגיע איש תחזוקה אף אחד מהנהלה לא טרח להתייחס לבעיה ורק שפנינו שוב למחרת בבוקר נאמר לנו שאין חדרים פנויים במלון …. אז נשארנו בלי ברז בכיור. בנוסף המזגן הוציא אויר חם למשך חמש דק ואויר קר למשך 5 דק , ביקשנו שיבדקו אמרו שזה בעיה ידועה (היינו עם תינוק בן שבועיים). חייבנו על החניה למרות שהיא הייתה אמורה להיות כלולה (זיכו אותנו בסוף אבל רק כי במקרה ראינו שחויבנו) המנהלת שפנינו אליה ביום שלמחרת התנהגה בזלזול למרות שראתה שיש איתנו ילדים קטנים ולא באמת ניסתה למצוא פתרון לבעיות בחדר . ואם כל זה לא מספיק ביום האחרון בשעה חמש בבוקר פקדה אזעקת אש בכל המלון ונאלצנו לצאת החוצה בגשם עד מכבי האש עדכנו שזאת אזעקת שווא, שום התייחסות /התנצלות מהמלון .

Very inconvenient with the parking to the entrance, had to walk out the side door through mud and the parking garage to get to parking

Amenities in the room and comfort of bed.

Could not believe they didn't have valet service!!! Very difficult for our family traveling with one person in a wheelchair and one with a walker.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The parking situation needs some help. Maybe an entrance from the garage side would help. If you are alone and come back at night it's a little scary walking around to the front door to get in. Other than that it's a great place to stay.
