This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of history in a great location in Denver. The facilities were amazing and the staff were great. The afternoon tea was excellent. We took the tour of the hotel and our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. The views from our room was great.
The hotel is only 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall and other sites are also quite close.

This old hotel is fabulous and is in a very convenient location. The rooms are very roomy and decorated well. There are nice bars and restaurants in the hotel to enjoy. Also saw lots of people enjoy the high tea, we didn't but is looked nice. Valet service is available and there is a small welcome drink offered when checking in.
Price of valet service, check-in and out pretty slow, bars in the hotel close early, would be nice that employees where some sort of uniform, room needed some little TLC (closet door, faucet loose, door to room hard to open needs some adjustments. These are things House keeping should see and report them and have all in tip-top shape for next guests.

Food was very good but expensive.
Our room and bathroom were nice and the beds were very comfortable.
All the guest room floors are open to the central atrium so very visible and everything is sterile white - the hallways, doors and door frames. At best boring and sterile, at worst a horror movie setting. The spa is nothing to get excited about.
